
From the viewers perspective: Hand #6 represents the Nile with lotus breaching its surface, thus everything behind it becomes positioned to the West. Leaving Nebmaatra, Nefertiti and Meritaten stationed to the East.

On the West: #6 The first object behind the ankh or "life" giving Nile is the Hathoric fertility symbol or benben. Sitting on a neb suggest this pyramidal structure was a symbol for the 'god of fertility'. Following our eye line we see Hathor the oldest god known to humankind claiming ownership of the piece with an embrace. More importantly, as if giving birth to the object, the Benben is sitting between the knees of the goddess.
Because Hathor is the only god in the West, she is therefore claiming divine ownership of the Nile, the Benben and all things behind her.
